Febelfin received the diversity label from Actiris: employers who recognize, respect and valorize the differences in the professional environment can obtain the label. A milestone and also a recognition of the efforts and changes made by Febelfin over the past three years.
Febelfin sees it as part of its mission to encourage members to become more diverse and inclusive. We can (and will) do even better, because choosing diversity is a powerful signal!
