By whom is Febelfin governed?
At the head of Febelfin are our President: Michael Anseeuw (BNP Paribas Fortis) and our CEO: Karel Baert.
Within Febelfin they can count on the expertise of various teams.
The decisions within the Federation are taken by:
- the Febelfin Board of Directors
- the Executive Committee
The Board of Directors has a strategic steering role and decision-making powers. It has a meeting 4 times a year or in case of an urgent matter.
The Executive Committee executes the decisions of the Board of Directors, monitors the proper functioning of Febelfin and carries out the tasks delegated to it by the Board of Directors.
Of course, our members also have a voice:
- they steer Febelfin in the right direction through the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
- through various committees and working groups, our members actively participate in projects and files.
