In Flanders, the Flemish renovation credit has existed since 2021, and now the Brussels-Capital Region is also doing everything it can to stimulate energy-saving renovations. For example, the RENOLUTION premiums came into effect on 1 January 2022.
The aim is to further stimulate the renovation of Brussels buildings and to inform everyone about applicable premiums and advantageous financing. Low-income families in particular should be reimbursed up to 50% of the costs of their work on average.
