During its Board of Directors meeting today, Febelfin has signed a charter on gender diversity. The goal is to provide equal and fair job opportunities to both men and women in the financial sector.
The charter is an important first step toward achieving gender balance. In the coming months, work will be done on the concrete implementation of the charter.
Together with Women in Finance, Febelfin will develop more specific objectives in the coming months. These will be presented later in the year during an event.
Women in Finance is a group of organizations from - among others - the broader financial sector.
