Bank transfers

Stay up to date with the latest measures from the financial sector

With a bank transfer, you send an amount from your account to another account. You can either opt for a traditional transfer or choose to make an instant payment.

If you make a transfer in euros to an account within the eurozone yourself — via any banking channel (PC, mobile, etc.) —, the name of the beneficiary will be checked. This is called the “verification of the beneficiary's name”. This free verification alerts you if the name and account number of the beneficiary do not match and offers several advantages.
